Christmas Lino Printing

So, as you all know Christmas is fast approaching, so what better thing to do than create some Christmas themed crafts and run some art workshops. First workshop, lino printing. I thoroughly enjoyed creating this Rudolf the red nose reindeer lino cut and print in our art session, just one of my design for Xmas.

Halfway through cutting my design into the lino.

My finished design carved into the lino, ready for printing.
The printed result. Love it and sure the kids in the workshop will too.
Who can resist that smiling face?
More designs to be added soon!

My Art Workshops

I run art workshops in primary schools. Pupils use a variety of mediums including watercolour paints and watercolour pencils, acrylic paint, printing and things like gemstones, tissue paper, sequins and gold / silver paint pens.

Projects range from creating mosaics, bunting, henna inspired art, foam printing and more. This enables pupils to learn different techniques whilst also developing their creativity.

A mosaic created by a Key stage 2 pupil in my first primary school art workshop. These designs were inspired by landscapes.
My Art workshops provide children with a chance to explore and have fun creatively in a friendly, supportive, motivating & inspiring way. It's rewarding to see young minds get enthusiastic and inspired through art,

Get in touch if you'd like a workshop or after school club in a school, day centre, community centre, playgroup, hospital, church or just for fun at home for children's parties.

Psychedelic Lino Print For Sale

I love expressing what I love about the world through photography, design, art & writing, it allows me to reach thousands of people. My new Lino print with inked colouring is now on display & on sale in my exhibition at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital.

It has a slight psychedelic influence & the warm colours are great if you want to add a splash of colour to your walls!

My painting style is a more quirky, fun, vibrant & colourful art for the young & old alike.

Visit my arts fan page and flick through my artwork and get in touch if there's anything specific you'd like or are interested in purchasing any art, having your own customised greeting cards or are in need of a graphic designer or photo enhancer.

Arts and Photography Exhibition

I am really excited to say that I have now been given the go ahead for my next arts and photography exhibition! So I am now getting ready to start preparing artwork and am really looking forward to it! Dates still need to be finalised but all that needs doing is me getting my artwork ready and framed.
"Hope to see you all soon!"

My artwork that was part of an exhibition. It was such a nice feeling to know my art was reaching many people.
The photo above is of some of my framed artwork that was part of 4 month long exhibition. It's such a nice feeling and achievement for me to know that my art reached many thousands of people. It's so nice to see the kind of artwork other people are also creating, I can see their passion. It's inspiring and makes me more ambitious!

Art was hung in a main public corridor viewable by hundreds of people who walked through daily.
